The 5e Balance Blend was first formulated to help highly sensitive people balance their nervous systems. As highly sensitive people ourselves, we noticed that our nervous systems were dysregulated from simple day-to-day interactions and expectations. This blend helped us to better function in the world, have less stress and therefore less "dis-ease". It is an adaptogenic herbal mix that anyone can use (not just the HSP's), to boost energy and alleviate stress on your nervous system.  Take daily in the morning or just situationally during times of stress.

Cordyceps militaris

This primary Metal herb serves as an adaptogen, aiding the body in adjusting to various stressors. Whether it’s mental stress, where it helps regulate cortisol production, or physical stress, enhancing adaptation and performance during exercise, its benefits are multifaceted.

In Chinese medicine, it’s noted for its support to the lungs (Metal) and kidneys (Water), making it beneficial for respiratory conditions like asthma and addressing low energy and fatigue often associated with depleted kidney energy.

Panax ginseng (white)

This is the main Water herb. It is another adaptogen which also helps the body to adapt to stress. In Chinese medicine, this adaptogen specifically nourishes the “primal qi” of the kidneys (Water) - this is the qi we entered this world with determined by our genetics. There are very few herbs that do this. The qi that we enter this world with is like a savings account, slowly being depleted as we age. Ren Shen can help to build this savings account back up. This herb also nourishes the Spleen and Stomach (Earth), thereby helping to smooth digestive problems and bring more energy to a person. It helps weak Lungs (Metal), with wheezing and shortness of breath and Heart (Fire) to“calm the spirit”, bringing more peace of mind to a person. As well as relieve heart palpitations, anxiety, insomnia, forgetfulness and restlessness. 

Bupleurum chinense

This is our Wood herb in the formula, it moves liver qi and relieves constraint. This can help with irritability, frustration and premenstrual symptoms. 

Lycium Barbadensis

Added for flavor as well as all of its amazing properties. A well known superfood, it is a powerful antioxidant and boosts the immune system. It is often used for its anti-aging properties. In Chinese medicine, goji berry nourishes Liver (Wood) and Kidneys (Water), specifically blood deficiency patterns. Can help with low back pain, dizziness, fatigue and eye issues (blurry vision and/or dry eyes). 

Poria cocos

This is our Earth herb. It nourishes digestion helping with diarrhea, lack of appetite and/or bloating. Can help with premenstrual digestive issues. It also helps the Heart (Fire) by calming the spirit and helping with things like insomnia and anxiety. Can also help Lungs (Metal) by draining phlegm/mucus.

Love these oils!

I am in love with these body oils! The fragrance of each one is unique and lovely. My favorite is Wood, however, I love all of the 5E fragrances.
If you are unsure as to which one to order the Body Oil Bundle is a great start to acquaint yourself with the 5E oil/fragrances that suit you.
The oil completely melts into my skin, no greasy feeling at all. 5E body oils are so light and natural, leaving your skin soft with a hint of fragrance that lasts throughout the day.
I use it on my neck and shoulders, the essential oils provide a scent that is not overwhelming as with other body oils. I apply it to my face, legs and hands for softer skin and mild fragrance. What a wonderful product, I’m so happy that I found this, and it’s all naturally sourced!

Amazing product

The balance tincture has helped me tremendously with nervous system regulation. I am prone to anxiety and wanted to try something holistic to help with that. The tincture worked immediately and I found it to be pretty potent. I only need half the recommended dose to feel the effects. I definitely recommend this product to anyone dealing with emotional challenges.
